3 small pieces..........

My goal yesterday was to make 3 small cobblestone quilt tops.  The widest is 22.5" and the narrowest 19".  They are all about 24" tall.  I should have moved them down the design wall so the top would have had better lighting. Next time...   Now I can use 3 more small pieces of batting.

I feel so refreshed after working with these blocks, almost like I have been to a retreat for 2 days.

I need to find a retreat and get back to the machine. Sad to say mine will be in my sewing room. Glad you are refreshed. Chris

Nothing like a good retreat at home... and you were productive too! Love the little tops.

I have finally gotten back to doing some sewing but the project is more involved than I thought it would be. Now that I have the first one on it's way, only 4 more to go. Then onto the next project. I still have not started my mug rugs but I think they are on the horizon. Enjoy your day.

Fabulous! The idea would be great on placemats.

These are refreshing just to look at....can see why you find them refreshing to work on.

I like how the light starts in the center and works its way out, particularly in the bottom one.

Very enjoyable to look at, no wonder you love making them. Glad you told us the size, they look bigger but what fun to have small quilts.

I too thought they were much larger than the sizes you made them also. Small but a large visual punch !

I really like the cobblestones concept and will have to try them this summer because it looks like a fun and relaxing way to spend time. :-)
