Some cutting, some cleaning.....

I cut 6 more diamonds last night and paired them with their sashing strips.

Someone without an email link asked me what size the diamonds are.  Rather than tell you numbers I decided to just lay a ruler down on a diamond for a visual.

I finished cleaning the living room and dining room yesterday and moved furniture to set up for the shower on Sunday.  Now I just have the kitchen floor to mop and move a little clutter that is out there.  Today I am helping some friends with an embroidery project.

Next week I have brush pick up to prepare for, QOV sew in day to cut kits for and the Sandwich Fair to visit.  Maybe the following week I'll get a little rest.

Good luck on the rest. I'll bet that even when you rest you are doing something. I am amazed at all that you do in a day. I think of you as living exuberantly.

I see that although you're definitely cooler than we are here, you heat index is still over 100. You are getting a lot accomplished in the heat!

The diamond pairings look so perfect. That will be such a stunning quilt!

I can see that you are busy as usual. It sure was hot and muggy today. I hope all your yard work was done as tomorrow is going to be hot also. Next week looks as if it is going to be cooler and I am glad. Enough of this hot humid weather. I love the diamond quilt that you are working on. I bet you are glad that you bought that wonderful cutting machine.
